I’m passionate about helping women look and feel their best.
Not so-so.
Not average.
Not even pretty good.
None of these are good enough for me, and I know, deep down inside, they’re not good enough for you, either. I believe you want something more for yourself. And for very good reason.
I believe, in my heart of hearts, you want to look and feel fantastic. You want to radiate vitality and that sense of easy, breezy confidence that comes from feeling beautiful and comfortable in your own skin.
You want to know that you can look and feel amazing every day – whether you’re in hustle mode, mama mode, or slow-down mode. You want to be living and loving your life!
That’s what you really want for yourself. And I want it for you, too!
I also completely understand if anything beyond so-so and average feels like it’s a million miles away. “Normal” might sound good to you, especially if you’re not feeling so pretty and “pulled together” these days.
This is where it’s good to get super clear about a couple of things that can be misleading when it comes to what “normal” means.
“Normal” doesn’t mean healthy.
In today’s world…
It’s normal to feel weighed down by exhaustion and fatigue.
It’s normal to feel overwhelmed and on the brink of burnout more often than not.
It’s normal to reach for whatever quick fix is available to keep up with the speed of your life.
It’s normal to struggle with stubborn weight gain, painful periods and wacky hormonal imbalances.
And sadly, it’s normal to feel hopeless about ever looking and feeling the way you really want to – like it’s some mystical fantasy that someone else gets to have, but not you.
In the western medical world, “normal” is an indication of lack of disease. What it isn’t is an indication of vitality or health.
“Normal” doesn’t mean you aren’t on the cusp of developing a health problem. You might be currently experiencing symptoms that you know, deep down in your gut, are telling you that something just isn’t “right”. But still, your doctor might tell you that everything is “normal”.
What’s missing here is a true definition of vitality – one that has you, and your body, functioning optimally every day. I call this Transcendent Health.
Instead of looking to “normal” as an indication of your level of health, why not look to what your definition of “optimal” is. When you compare where you are today to where you know you want to be – where you CAN be – you’ll see a much clearer picture of where you are in relationship to where you really want to be.
Once you get a clear picture of where those gaps are – in your energy, your appearance, your happiness, and your day-to-day experience – you’re in a much better position to start taking positive, life-enhancing, deeply nourishing action on your own behalf.
Settling for “normal” doesn’t offer you that possibility.
I’m passionate about helping women step into their vitality, beauty and power. It’s all within you. But if you’re playing the “normal” game… it’s probably hiding inside of you instead of shining for everyone to see.
It’s time to stop settling for “normal”. You are worthy of so much more than that.
With love and Transcendent Health,
Alicia
