Have you ever overcome something deeply challenging, only to underscore it and tell yourself it’s no big deal?
Have you ever accomplished a big feat and only focused on what you did wrong or could have done better?
Have you ever stepped out of your comfort zone, donned your courage and done something extraordinary, only to compare yourself to others, tear yourself down for not being better, and minimize the very brave thing that you’ve done?

If your thoughts and beliefs are telling you that you have to be perfect or have it all figured out before you begin, that will be your reality.
No matter what your thoughts and beliefs are, they will determine the quality of anything and everything in your life. This is why it’s so important to be aware of what you’re telling yourself about who you are, what you deserve, and what is possible, everyday.
The quality of your inner world literally determines the quality of your life.
You take your thoughts and beliefs with you wherever you go, and they impact you and everything you do – for better or worse. High quality thoughts and beliefs are what allow you to achieve, receive, enjoy, relate, love, and create.
When you align things internally, there’s less stress. You’re no longer dependent on outside circumstances being a certain way so that you can feel a certain way or have the state of mind you want.
You have to get your inner world aligned, first. And then, the doing flows with greater ease. Both the process and the outcome are much more enjoyable. Elevating the quality of your inner world – your thoughts and beliefs – is what allows you to create, live and really BE in the amazing life you’re meant for.
Every amazing, good, beautiful, wonderful, magical thing in your life flows from a positive, beautiful, self-honoring state of mind. It’s what matters most.
