Earlier this week I had a table at my local Health Fair. It was so much fun!
I was repeatedly surprised by how something that is deeply impacting women’s health – it’s invisible, covert, and wreaking havoc on women’s energy and vitality.

💯 Avoid foods that put you on a rollercoaster of ups and downs – where you’re constantly chasing that “high” with foods that can’t keep you there.
💯 Plan for success so that eating in a balanced, satisfying, and delicious way is inevitable and you can kick those energy crashes to the curb.
