Quality means that both care and consciousness permeate the food. The food itself has something beautiful and truly nourishing to offer your body so that you can function at very best.
The human body is incredibly wise. When quality is present, the body knows it. As you elevate the quality of your food, you simultaneously elevate the quality of your body. As you elevate the quality of your body, you simultaneously elevate the quality of your life.
How you treat your body is how you treat yourself. If you choose to deeply honor, nourish and cherish your body, you do the same for yourself. If you invite the sacred into your body, you invite the sacred into your life. If instead you choose to invite toxicity and stress into the body, you also choose to invite the same into your world.
So often my clients are facing significant health challenges that are hindering their ability to really enjoy their lives. Choosing quality for yourself – in your food, in your relationships, and in every other area of your life – is one of the best ways to significantly improve your health. It’s also a powerful way to take a stand for what you require to thrive, and what you will no longer tolerate in your life.
How well we care for or neglect our bodies is a barometer for how well we are honoring ourselves.
