One of the biggest things my clients struggle with is having enough time and space for themselves.
The women I work with have big dreams and desires – some of which they are only just starting to admit are important to them. As they begin to explore the longing that’s in their hearts, they often feel like there isn’t enough room in their lives for what they really want.
More often than not, the fast-paced, day-to-day rhythm of their lives doesn’t make room for the things that are really important to them.
We’ve been led to believe that “we can have it all” – and WE CAN. But having it all is different than what you’ve been taught to believe it is.
“Having it all” doesn’t mean that you’re perpetually burning the candle at both ends and nearly killing yourself day in and day out to have everything you’ve ever possibly wanted. Thinking that this way of living is what will take you in the direction of your dreams is an illusion.
You’re not meant to do it all, all of the time, all by yourself. This isn’t proof of your capacity, your value, or how deserving you are of your dreams.
No. Not at all.
Having it all actually means being brave. It means CHOOSING what is most important to you, prioritizing those things in your life, and building your life around those things.
Having it all means getting really honest with yourself, then courageously pruning away and letting go of the things that aren’t in alignment with your priorities.
It means letting go of thinking you have to do it all, and instead choosing what you will do for you and your dreams.
This is Power Spot Living.
It’s not for the timid, or the faint of heart. It requires some serious ovaries to live this way.
And, it requires that you have enough energy, vitality and life force to follow through on what you know you really want for yourself.
Your health is essential. It’s the pivotal piece that supports your boldness, your daring and courage, and your dreams – be they big, crazy, simple, unconventional or small.
Can your health support what’s most important to you?
With love and Transcendent Health,
Alicia
