INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas, peeled
½ ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
15 fresh mint leaves
2 Medjool dates, pitted and crowns removed
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground turmeric
pinch high mineral salt
2 cups coconut water or purified water
DIRECTIONS
- Place bananas, avocado, dates, vanilla, turmeric, salt, mint and spinach into a blender carafe. Then add the almond milk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately and top each smoothie with a few raw cacao nibs for crunch and superfood goodness!
- Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Happiness In A Glass will keep for 48 hours.
