I’ve had some time these past few days to myself, to think, feel, and reflect. Have you taken any time to do this for yourself?
A lot happened in 2019… and this past decade was a BIG one for me. I feel very proud of it all – even the “ugly” bits. It was real. I learned and grew a lot. And I’m growing. Still.
I’m 45 now, not 25, or even 35… Maybe you can relate.
My relationship with time is changing.
My priorities are shifting.
My relationship with myself is transforming.
I’m having more fun and being a lot more focused. I take things more seriously, while not being so damn serious.
I’m deeply dedicated to the people and things in my life that are a priority.
I’m practicing the art of keeping things simple.
I’m learning to wait for what I really want instead of substituting or settling.
I’m becoming masterful at really listening to myself, my body and my intuition.
I trust myself in ways I couldn’t have imagined when I was 25.
And…
I’m very generous with myself. I accept and love and honor myself in ways that were never modeled or taught to me.
That’s a lot to be proud of. I leave 2019, and this decade, with such immense gratitude in my heart. I have clear intentions for what I am inviting into my life in 2020 and beyond. And I feel full of excitement, possibility, and LIFE.
There is SO much life to be lived!
I leave 2019 and this decade knowing this:
Being true to yourself is the inner revolution that changes everything.
As 2019 comes to a close I want to leave you with my heartfelt wishes for you.
I wish you infinite patience and generosity with yourself.
I wish you passion for the people, places and things that open your heart and mind.
I wish you contrast and discernment to help you grow in wisdom and compassion.
I wish you reliable, trustworthy, inspiring people by your side and on your team.
I wish you desire, hope, and dreams to call you ever forward into who you really are.
I wish you tenderness, peace and love.
And I wish you a 2020, and fresh decade, where you choose to raise the bar, hold a higher standard and honor all of yourself in ways you may never have known before.
Happy New Year!
PS: Hand on heart, I can honestly say this: When you start being true to you and follow your inner wisdom, there are forces all around you that will conspire to help you get what you want and need.
I am one of those forces.
Here are some ways I can support you:
1) Join my free private Facebook group – an online meeting place and community of women who are committed to deepening Radical Permission for ourselves… and the world.
You’ll receive inspiration, motivation, and specific tools and techniques for increasing your confidence, elevating your overall vitality and well-being, speaking your truth, working and contributing in a way that doesn’t hurt, and honoring yourself like the true queen that you are.
2) Book a complimentary Wisdom Activation Session with me. I have a hunch that there is a truth you know but have been hiding from – maybe you’ve even been trying to deny it. You know the person you’ve been taught to be isn’t the person you’re destined to be.
This session is an opportunity for you to feel met, understood, valued… and brought to life. It’s a space where you can be super honest about… everything. How you really feel, what you really think, what you actually, really want, and what you know is really true for you (without feeling bad, or needing to defend the idea that you want more when you “should be” grateful for what you have…).
There is a wisdom inside of you that is dormant… and waiting to be activated. That is what we will do in this sacred and intimate time together. Book your session here.
