One of the most powerful things I do with clients who want to address their body concerns and improve their health is to re-introduce my clients to themselves.
What do I mean by this? I help my clients get to know themselves and their bodies in a way they never have before.
Each of us is made in a unique and brilliant way. My body is uniquely different than yours, and yours is uniquely different from your friends, neighbors, family members, and so forth. What works as a panacea for one person, might in fact work like a poison for another. This is because we all have unique needs and requirements.
