I’ve given myself a lot of space to get clear on my desires for 2019. In the past week I’ve become more clear on my vision of what I’ll be focusing my energy on for this year. And as I predicted, it’s not what I thought it was going to be! But I trust it and I’m already aligning myself accordingly.
In the process of really sloooooowing things down, I realized how easy it can be to forget to ensure that the ESSENTIAL things that are going to support me as I move throughout my year are in place.
Without these essentials, you’ll feel a bit… adrift. You’ll lack the structure you require to navigate your way towards your dreams, goals and desires in a way that supports you in every way – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
What are these essentials?
They begin and end with the day-to-day, fairly “un-glamorous” practices and rituals that support who you are today, and who you want to be by the end of 2019.
They include things like…
Sleep Diet Movement practices
Hydration Support systems Healthy boundaries
Quieting Practices Laughter Positive Touch
… and more.
Along with dreaming big and aiming for the moon this January, make sure that how you’re living each and every day is truly supporting the bigger vision that you have for yourself.
Take the time to set up the daily structures you require. This will guarantee you’re living your life from the most positive and powerful place you can.
And if your focus for this year is to elevate one of the areas I’ve listed above, don’t forget that every positive, life-affirming choice you make for yourself in one area of your life always has a positive, uplifting effect on the rest!
