For some women, losing weight is easy. They can go on a temporary deprivation diet and lose 5-10ibs.
Honestly, I think that’s fantastic! Their biological makeup and hormones allow this to happen with relative ease. Hand on heart, I truly hope this will always be the case for them – or you!
But what if you belong to the group of women who have been carrying around an extra 30+lbs for some time, and your weight doesn’t change with dieting?
What if you’re a woman who not only feels crappy with calorie restriction, but the number on the scale and the fit of your pants doesn’t change at all in the process? Or you gain weight!?!
What do you do then?
You might look at those women who can shed those pesky 5-10lbs with ease and compare yourself to them with angst and envy in your heart.

There is nothing wrong with you.
Your body simply needs a different kind of approach and support.
A support that starts with looking at your WHOLE body and being – your hormones, your gut, your stress levels, your mindset, and so much more.
You can eat all the kale you want and still not be able to shapeshift your body if your body’s systems are off!
YOU need a plan that will support all of who you are, not just a number on a scale.
There is so much more to a healthy body than the standard “calories in, calories out” equation that everyday weight loss programs talk about.
If your baseline health and hormones are out of balance, or if you’re in a constant battle with food and your body…
Or if you believe you just lack willpower, or you have to punish or deprive your body to get results…
You will have a very difficult time getting what you really want – a healthy and vibrant body that is free from the dieting industry’s insanity!
You are a beautiful and uniquely complex woman who deserves to be met and guided by someone who understands this journey, and how to navigate the lies you’ve been told about what you have to do to have a lighter, healthy, happy body.
