It’s that time of year when everyone is feeling a little run down, a little sleep deprived, and a little stretched energy-wise. This is the perfect storm for a little cold or something a bit nastier to take hold and flatten you and those you love!
I invite you to think a bit preventatively this winter (or really any time of the year), and have a bit of this tea on hand anytime you feel like you’re getting a bit run down, or when you’ve been exposed to a lot of people (think traveling, parties, or standing next to someone in the grocery line who is coughing and sneezing up a storm!).
This tea is safe for children to drink, and can be enjoyed anytime of the day without ill effect. Enjoy!
