INGREDIENTS
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 ribs celery, rough chopped
2 medium cloves garlic
2 Tbsp prepared Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
1 Tbsp kelp powder or dulse flakes
¼ cup Coconut Nectar or agave
½ cup purified water
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender carafe and blend until smooth, creamy and completely incorporated.
- Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Caesar Salad Dressing will keep for 10 days.
