INGREDIENTS
2 oranges, peeled and rough chopped
1 grapefruit, peeled and rough chopped
1 apple, cored and rough chopped
20 leaves fresh mint
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 Tbsp local bee pollen
1 cup coconut water or purified water
DIRECTIONS
- Place the citrus, apple and greens into a blender carafe, then add the bee pollen and coconut (or purified) water.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, and serve immediately.
- Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Cleansing Citrus & Mint Green Smoothie will keep for 2 days.

Believe it or not, I don’t always drink green smoothies. Sometimes the time of year, the temperature outside, and the clear messages from my body say “no thank you” to the notion of a green smoothie for breakfast or any other meal.
