A Note from Alicia:
Fresh juices are an exceptional way to deeply nourish and feed our cells with loads of nutrition we might otherwise not get. Because the fiber is removed in the juicing process, the nutrition goes right into our blood stream and cells, leaving us feeling energized, alive, and ready to take on the world!
Preparing fresh juices can be quick and easy if you do a little bit of advanced prep work. I use “green produce bags” to store my washed produce in the refrigerator. When I know I want to make fresh juice, I will wash my produce, wrap it in dry towels, and bag up what I need for my juice the night before. This way, my juice prep is lightning quick, and clean up is a breeze.
This juice is incredibly enlivening and it’s also a fantastic beautifying elixir. Try it for yourself and see!
