Yield: approx. 2½ cups
Ingredients
½ cups fresh blueberries
1 cup chopped strawberries, crowns removed
1 cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup coconut flakes
Directions
1) Place blueberries and strawberries into a medium mixing bowl and toss lightly until mixed well.
2) Add the coconut flakes and toss again.
3) Finally, add the fresh raspberries and toss very lightly being careful not to crush the raspberries.
4) Serve in jelly jars, martini glasses, or parfait glasses, and enjoy.
5) Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Red, White and Blue Berry Salad will keep for 2 days.
