For most of my young adult life I struggled with acne, and feeling tired all the time. I battled with anxiety and depression, and spent far too much time in the bathroom just trying to “go”.
I was dealing with a long list of health issues that didn’t make sense. Added up together they led to mood swings, cravings, and weight gain.
I didn’t go to parties. I said no to being with friends & being in relationships. I avoided getting attention at work. It affected everything and I was miserable a lot of the time.
It wasn’t until I started experimenting with my diet, doing various cleanses, and focusing on healing my gut that my health and life were transformed.
My skin became radiant, clear and glowing. I woke up feeling energized and buoyant. I became emotionally resilient. I started hearing and trusting my intuition. I started going out again. And I spent no more than 5 minutes in the bathroom, every time.
My decades of study and lived experience have taught me that so much of our overall health is deeply connected to the health of our guts. Many of my chronic health issues came from an imbalanced gut and a digestive tract that was porous, sluggish, and in dire need of attention.
Thankfully, our digestive systems are quick to respond to dietary and lifestyle changes. You don’t have to worry that your symptoms will forever slow you down.
